1、宏观检验
1. Macro inspection
化学成分对保证钢材的性能是决定性的，但成分合格，不能全面来说明钢材性能，由于钢材内部组织和成分的不均匀性，宏观检验在很大程度上补充了这方面的不足。
The chemical composition is decisive to ensure the performance of steel, but the composition is qualified, which can not fully explain the performance of steel. Because of the inhomogeneity of the internal structure and composition of steel, the macro inspection to a large extent complements the deficiency in this respect.
宏观检测可以观察钢的结晶情况，钢的连续性的破坏和某些成分的不均匀性。
The macroscopical examination can observe the crystallization of steel, the damage of steel continuity and the inhomogeneity of some components.
标准《结构钢的低倍组织缺陷评级图》GB1979
Standard "rating chart of macrostructure defects of structural steel" gb1979
宏观常见8种缺陷:偏析、疏松、夹杂、缩孔、气泡、白点、裂缝、折叠。
Macro common 8 kinds of defects: segregation, looseness, inclusion, shrinkage cavity, bubble, white spot, crack, fold.

2.1、退火组织的评定
2.1 evaluation of annealing structure
退火的目的，降低钢的硬度，便于机加工，同时也为后续的热处理作组织准备。
The purpose of annealing is to reduce the hardness of steel, facilitate machining, and prepare the structure for subsequent heat treatment.
碳素工具钢退火组织按GB1298第一级别评级图评定。
The annealing structure of carbon tool steel is evaluated according to the first grade rating chart of gb1298.
